I have a sports apparell website. I have a main site and then I have approx 90 domains geared toward specific teams for both college and pro sports. I would like to add a blog to each domain.
I have installed WordPress on my server successfully under a test domain.
My question is: From this one installation to my database is it possible to run multiple blogs with different domains from this one database or do I need to install wordpress under each domain.
Part of my reason of standing up the blog is to get more content on the sites. So I do want each blog to be specific to each domain.
thanks,
Jeff
do I need to install wordpress under each domain.
Yes.

Wow, 90 domains seems like alot to manage! Have you thought of using subdomains and experimenting with wordpress mu - It will only use one database.

That's exactly what I was thinking..well, it contained swear words actually...but still, he's going to be a *really* busy bee lol!!
I thought manually fixing and adjusting 200 some posts of mine was a pain in the arse.. I can only imagine the workload he'll prolly have with that.. Jesus!

... multiple blogs with different domains ...
Been a bit since I played with mu... will it handle that part of his requirement?
No, I don't think so. As far as I know MU can be set up like
subdomain1.example.com
subdomain2.example.com
subdomain3.example.com etc.
But not for 90 different domains.
