I updated my blog to 2.6.2 some days ago and it was working fine until 30minutes ago. I was surfing the wp based blog and while opening a link to a category it showed me an error (I can't remember what it was). After that error as I turned back to my blog home page I just found out my blog was entirely over and I got the first installation screenshot and this error

WordPress database error User 'm278d1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 100000) for query SET NAMES 'utf8' made by require_once WordPress database error User '...' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 100000) for query INSERT INTO wpblogi4f_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES ('cron', 'a:2:{i:1222094482;a:1:{s:17:\"wp_update_plugins\";a:1:{s:32:\"...\";a:3:{s:8:\"schedule\";s:10:\"twicedaily\";s:4:\"args\";a:0:{}s:8:\"interval\";i:43200;}}}s:7:\"version\";i:2;}', 'yes') made by add_option WordPress database error User '...' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 100000) for query INSERT INTO wpblogi4f_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES ('random_seed', '...', 'yes') made by add_option WordPress database error User '...' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 100000) for query INSERT INTO wpblogi4f_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES ('auth_salt', '...', 'yes') made by add_option

what is that? Are all my data lost? Is it an hacking attempt or what?

if you can help me please contact me at edoardo.giovanni.raimondi@gmail.com

"max_questions" is a message you get when your site exceeded its quota of queries to the MySQL server. Basically, your host has set a limit of 100 thousand queries over some period of time, and your site exceeded that limit.

Basically, you have to talk to your hosting provider about it.
