   I've seen the new update from wordpress and started installing it. The installation process failed, and now I get this error:

   Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

   I can't access the blog, the admin page, anything.

   Can I fix it and get back to my content ?

   Try following through http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress I think you're up to step 1.5 removing the .maintenance file.
