   greetings

   i'm new here and have scoured the forums to find an answer to my problem...to no avail.

   i'd like to keep the w-p installation in mysite.com, and put the blog at mysite.com/blog. reasoning? i'd like my pages to read mysite.com/page. this way when someone comes to mysite.com they get a welcome page, and then they go to mysite.com/blog they get the blog.

   as i'm set up now all my pages read something like mysite.com/blog/page. yuck. ugly.

   can anyone give me the magic formula to attain my wishes?

   Edit your wp-config.ini file

   define('WP_HOME', 'http://example.com/wordpress');

   Login to Admin ,and make sure you edit your "Blog address (URL)" value as well.
