   When I try to Update Plugins it asks me for my FTP details.

   However I'm running on LocalHost so there shouldn't be a need to use FTP. Any Suggestions?

   I'm running Apache on Mac OS X 10.6

   hmmm...i've done dozens of local installs and it never asked for that

   are you on a mac as well?

   Oh hell, at 5 months this is a dead topic. cliffeotc, make a fresh topic with the details :)

   1) OS
   2) HOW did you set up local host (by hand, MAMP, XAMP, LAMP, etc etc)
   3) What version of WP
