WordPress as news magazine:dynamic or static content?

    Hi guys,
    I want to change my site Zimbrul.net to WordPress and I want to use a magazine-like or news-like theme which will obviouslly show dynamic content as I add new posts in different cathegories.
    From SEO point of view will thie affect the keywords weight into the page? I read that for a good SEO approach the ratio Site Name-Keywords should be optimal but what if the content is dynamic like on a blog (or a News Magazine website)?
    Should I create a static page as my Home Page? Is this a better idea?

    I don’t think that matters as much as the quality of content on your site. Google ignore keywords.
