   The customization of the Administration side of WP is excellent and quite impressive. I've only just begun and have completely converted my personal website to use WP as both CMS and as a WebLog. I have not gone to the extent on the backend you have, but I will once I decide to allow other people to post to more than comments and actually update their own pages.
