• Hi community,

I´ve been researching a lot for the past few days but I couldnt find anything about it yet. Maybe the community can help me out.

I am searching for a solution, plugin or theme that would allow me to use WordPress as a Wiki. I dont like a lot the plugins I´ve found till now (but suggest if you like one in particular and I will take a look).

I like the simplicity of the Wiki, but I like the WYSIWIG and editing funcitonalities and flexibility from WordPress itself, so I guess what I want is a combination of a knowledge base with a Wiki 🙂
I am actually checking on using this theme: http://demo.herothemes.com/knowhow/

One of the things I am missing on how to resolve is WordPress behavior to create non existing link. If I go to “www.mysite.com/whatever-I-want” and the user logged has priviliges to create pages, I would like the system to offer the creation of the page that didnt existed before.

    I can imagine something like:

The Page you were trying to reach was not found. Click here to create it.

After clicking “here” the person would be able to create the page and ideally (but not crucial) suggest the title according to the failed search.

Maybe I should do this with a custom 404 page?

    Any ideas are welcome

    Thanks a lot!
