   I'm getting this message from Akismet:

   "Akismet is almost ready. You must enter your WordPress.com API key for it to work."

   Can someone tell me where I can find my WordPress.com API key?

   Edit your profile on wordpress.com (this requires going to wordpress.com and creating an account).

   When you edit your profile, you should see a printed line right at the top of the screen that contains your API key.

   Thank you for the lightening quick reply!

   When I'm in my Profile, under "Users" - I do not see any printed line at the top of the screen. Am I in the wrong area?

   I'm using 2.8 btw.

   You need to go to wordpress.com, not your personal blog.

   Do you need an new API key for each blog? I am guessing so so each will identify each blog separately?
