   Hi all,

   I have made huge mistake with the general settings of my blog. I have changed the WordPress nd Blog urls and now i cannot log into the admin. Can someone tell me how to change these url settings from a file in the site?

   below is pic to the details I require. This hs to be able to be changed within a file but which one? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
