I have created a web page for a client however she is unable to access the back end to edit it.

    She has 2 computers.
    1. Mac with the lasted version and firfox.
    2. Normal PC with internet explorer.

Both computers are at different locations. When she logs into the backend she sees the headings down the left hand side and then clicks on e.g. pages and its all blank.

Please help so i can help her to edit her pages.

    Urgent help- thanks in advanced.

Link to the site? Are you able to access it? What user role does she have?

    Site is http://lightbulbmoments.com.au

Yes i have a laptop and pc and can access it on both sites.

I created the site with just the one user role of Administrator i just gave her the login details to the site when i finished creating it for her.

Have you tried creating a different user account for her?

Given the non-GPL licensing of that theme (not a good thing), I'd wonder about something theme-specific going on. Have you tried switching themes to twentytwelve in case that's related?

I just set up a different user and temporary put the site on twentytelve but she still couldn't see anything. Very strange.

Yeah, strange is right. Does she have JS enabled on her computers? Has she cleared browser caches? Any caching on the site?
