WordPress address error and wrong Photopress URL

At the /wp-admin/options-general.php in the textbox where you put the “WordPress address (URI)”, I typed the wrong address, and now I can’t change it back. Can somebody please help me with this? I get the error “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.” when I try to, but I’ve tried to change it as the http://codex.wordpress.org/Enable_Sending_Referrers page says, but nothing happens.

I also have a photopress problem. I get the wrong address (/wp/? instead of /?) and I read that I could change that at Options > Photopress, but I can’t find it..
