wordpress addon domain

    I created an addon domain y.org under the primary domain example.com using hostgator. I used fantastico to install wordpress in addon domain (y.org, y.example.com, example.com/y) in straightforward steps.

    When I access the added domain website y.org/wp-admin I get “404 not found” message. How can i go to admin page of y.org?

    What are your actual URLs?

    Did you point y.org to the subdirectory with the WordPress install?

    y.org mapping to the subdirectory example.com/y was done in the hostgator addon domain link. After that, I went to fantastico and did an install into the “Install on Domain” field to “y.org”.

    Any clue? There’s are some signs of wordpress without graphics when I go to (edit) but none at (edit)
