Adding Image to Category Not Working

While trying to add a Category image to a category via

Posts > Category > Edit > Add Image

it properly brings up the three tabs I can add images from

From Computer
    From URL
    Media Library

However, after I pick my image, and right after I click Insert to post,
I get sent to a BLANK page containing this in the URL at the end of it.
