ok so i was going through the steps of changing the url so all my files of wordpress could be in the example/wordpress directory and but have the blog point to example.com. i got to the step where you copy index.php and put in require(‘./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’); and did all that but now on every single page i get a 500 internal server error message
    my website is ggeps.net
i dont get what i did wrong!!!!!!!

ok forgot to mention that nothing is displaying every single file wether associated to wordpress or not, i.e. image files, etc are all getting 500 error messages i was gonna create a page that told everyone my site was offline but it just comes up with a 500 error message

Did you move the index.php and .htaccess from the wordpress folder to the root?
