WordPress 3.9 Calling Gallery Broken Plugin

My plugin, Featured Galleries, works up to 3.8.3. In 3.9, my call to the media manager does nothing. I know that a lot of the gallery view JS was abstracted when playlists were added, and I’m wondering if there is any documentation on what has changed. Thank you!
