   I use on my http://www.pivari.com WordPress 3.5 Release Candidate 2 and Twenty Twelve.
   I've noticed tha the title of every post is = post title+blog name without space
   e.g. for http://www.pivari.com/software/attenzione-backdoor-sulle-stampanti-22990/
   <title>Attenzione: backdoor sulle stampanti!Consulenza internet marketing</title>

   How can I set it? How can I change it?

   I think the problem is in Twenty Twelve theme.
   I used Site Title and Tagline with Display Header Text

   Looks to me like a plugin conflict. Could you deactivate your plugins one by one and see if it is fixed?

   I don't discovered the reason but it was fixed.
   I don't know if the fix was in
   1) official wp 3.5
   2) twenty twelve 1.1.1
   3) new version of All in One SEO Pack (I've also tried to deactivate it and the problem was fixed).

   indeed a problem with All in One SEO, disable "Rewrite Titles" and you're good to go.
