WordPress 3.5 Auto-generated password message

I updated 3.4.2 to 3.5 and the auto-generated password nag message won’t go away even though I keep telling it to. This was an update from 3.4.2 but was on a clean install. There were no plugins or themes added as 3.4.2 had just been installed last week and I hadn’t done any work on the site until today.

Searching on this shows that it was a trac issue in August but appears to have been resolved.

Changing the password seems to have made the message go away but it wouldn’t when I said no. I just changed the password to what it already was.
