WordPress 3.4 Bug? (2 posts)

WordPress 3.4 isn't showing the "page is updated" notification above the post/page, after a successful "Update" click.

I think it was a good feature in the previous WP versions.
But to implement it, I think, if it shows the confirmation, but dissolves after 10 seconds, that would be very smooth and smart.

    Thanks.

No one else seems to have this problem, so it's specific to your site. Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.
