I've just installed WordPress 3.0 over the top of my previous 2.9.2 install. So far, so good.
However, I've found myself unable to drag & drop the various windows on the Dashboard - they move, but the "target" outline doesn't appear, so I can't drag them to anywhere (other than returning them to their original position).
Any ideas?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- increasing the available memory?
