So I Wiped my public.html clean, to install wordpress, went through the installation, everything was good, imported my old articles, then I went to preview what the site looked like and it came up fine, but when I clicked on a page, it just goes to a error page or something, something with my host.

Try resetting your permalinks. And see if the .htaccess code changed between versions.
Turn off pretty permalinks, see if that works, just in case :)
