   hi!

   We are currently using WPMU for our school, to provide each student with its blog. Many of them complain that they can only choose among the list of available theme, and not install their own.

   Will that change with wordpress 3?

   Nope. It is an inherit security risk to allow them to do so.

   Only Super Admins / Network admins can install the themes used across the network.

   If your students want more themes, install more for them to choose from.
