WordPress 2.7 Permalink uh oh. not good

Hi
First off I made a change in to my permalink settings in 2.7. My settings were default and I changed to custom and added /%pagepost. Now on my site if you click on an article it gives a 404 error. So I figured I better change back to default but now the permalink screen is blank. I hope someone can help me get it back to default. I can not go to the edit post page either. Any ideas?
