WordPress 2.6 Editing Page Problem

Hi,
When I want to manage the pages, the editing page do not come out right.

At “visual” I have the “html” codes instead of the actual text. When I clicked “HTML”, it does not work. May be some files in the version you uploaded were missing or not uploaded in full.

Would appreciate anybody’s help to resolve the problem.
