I have just signed up with Blue Host and followed the simple script instuction to transfer the .com blog. I received an email with the new log in admin address but it when i clicked on it I was taken back to the .com sign in. I also did the export/import.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you updated the name servers for your domain to point to the Bluehost name servers? See http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php/article/1
Once you change your domain's name servers it may take hours (or days) for that change to be reflected/resolved.
