Wordfence locked me out

    WordFence locked me out and now I have to wait 72 hours to access my WordPress site. Email that I received to log back in kicked me out as well. I went to the WordFence forum it suggests that I uninstall the wordfence plugin, but how can I do this when I can’t even access my site?
