I filed a support ticket with Wordfence.org on the premium site, but figured I’d throw this out to others in case it’s a shared issue.

Last week, I turned on the cell phone authentication for my site’s main administrator account. It was working fine for several days. I was able to log in twice after the system sent a code to my cell phone.

I updgraded to Wordfence 5.0.9 last night. Today I tried to log in. It accepts my password, says it’s sending me the code to re log in. But it never comes.

Anyone else having a similar problem?

    Hi there,

Kerry will be updating your ticket soon, but apparently this has now been fixed according to our SMS gateway provider (and after chatting to Kerry about it). So go ahead and try it and expect your premium ticket to be updated soon.

    Regards,

    Mark.

Awesome, thanks for the quick response. I’ll try it in a bit. I appreciate you all looking at this so quickly. I only threw it on the board on the off chance I was overlooking an obvious answer.
