its donwn for 2 days now…
wow that does not make you feel secure
Hi guys,
We experienced 6 hours of down-time a couple of days ago. Full details were posted here:
http://www.wordfence.com/forums/topic/down-time-today-details/
In summary, we experienced a critical power failure at our primary data center in Seattle. However this did not have any impact on the uptime of your sites and little impact on the protection Wordfence provides. Please see the post for more details.

Mark.

how could i fix this?
any help is greatly appreciated. i would also like to know how this differs from the bulletproof plugin? i have tried the bulletproof plugin however i was not impressed with it. On the other hand i see loads of potential in the wordfense.. only problem is dont know if wordfence protects sql injections ect?
Hi Wayne,
I replied on our forums on http://www.wordfence.com but I’ll reply here too:
Your host has disabled the curl_exec() PHP function and if you enable that WF should work fine.
Wordfence does provide much of the protection of bulletproof but I haven’t done a side-by-side comparison.

Mark.
