   The site allows people to RSVP for the upcoming Wordcamp event with their email addy, name, interests, and other fields. Is this like a plugin that is available or did someone have to create that form? If it's a form that is created, is it difficult to create it?

   My reason for asking is that I want to host some local events and need a RSVP event form similar to this. The only addition that I'd want to the form is allow the attendee to make comments when they RSVP and if they are coming as "yes, no, or maybe."

   Try wufoo.com... very easy...

   I know of wufoo but they won't allow you to show a public list of the attendees like this does.
