I am trying to install this theme http://www.starwpthemes.com/ads-minded-theme/ to my wordpress blog. I did all the steps up to tranferring the unzipped theme file to my control hosting panel. Every time I check the available themes on my wordpress themes page I see a message that say the theme is broken, and that the theme I uploaded is missing a style sheet.
What does this mean? I having been trying for two days to get this theme to upload. I have not seen a theme I like better yet. Please advise in layman's terms, as I am a beginner at this.
Using_Themes is the reference from the docs section.
Where did you put the theme? Is it in a folder under wp-content/themes? Sometimes folks upload too many directories and end up with wp-content/themeName/themeName instead of wp-content/themeName -- in other words, one too many nested directories.

I put the the in the wp-content/themes folder. How can I tell if I loaded too many directories?

Also, I checked out the reference you listed above, but could not find any answer, not one I could understand anyway. Anyone that can take a look at the theme and figure out my problem, please hellp. I really want to get on with blogging, this technical stuff is way too much for me.
Since we don't know where your site is (nor do we have access to it) we're a bit limited in how we can respond.
How did you upload your theme files? Presumably you have some way of looking at your server. Using that method, find your theme's stylesheet (style.css).
What directory is it in?
What directory is that directory under?
If that second one isn't themes then you have too many subdirectories.
