Word Press Import Option for Serendipity

    I have the serendipity.php file that imports the DB to WordPress.
    It is about a year old with the directions “add serendipity.php to the WordPress /import folder”
    3.3.1 had no /import folder.

    Does anyone know how to add the serendipity.php file to the IMPORT options where it lists all the other blog software import codes?
