Woo called me and helped me through fixing an unfixable problem. it was a bug in the plug in fortunately and nothing I had done.
Now I've uncovered 2 more problems that are as serious.

Clicking on an event in the displayed month produces a page not found error as does clicking on any event in the 'upcoming events' widget

Problem fixed by follow-up call by WooCommerce staff...

Program NOT worthless....their support is unparalleled!

Glad to hear that. Now can you fix your rage induced 1 star review?

My experience with Woo has been phenomenal. I'm using the free version but when I had issues and called them I didn't even leave a message and they called me back (thanks to the wonders of caller id). They spent 15-20 minutes ON the phone with me uncovering a couple of major bugs in their latest release.
I can only give them great kudos for being so helpful, thorough and responsible.

Full disclosure...I'm not connected with that company in any way other than using their product.

I appreciate the warning by cmmmc (not to be confused with CMMC - Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston/Auburn the L/A of the East! lol)
I won't be upgrading to the Pro version, mostly because the application I'm using Woo for doesn't need it. Your warning, however, does give me pause.
    Thanks!

@cmmmc: That is utter nonsense - we support our software 100%. We fix ALL bugs as soon as humanly possible. At this very moment we have well over 60 plugins available and across all of them, we have 2 open bug reports and those bugs will be remedied ASAP.
