WooCommerce wootique theme. How do I back to original plugin created pages

I unfortunately deleted all my pages in the WooCommerce section of my Wootique themed Word Press Website and have tried to manually replicate the pages, it is not really working so well… is there a way to get the pages back to the default pages that comes with the WooCommerce plugin.. I have tried everything I can think of, deactivating and deleting both WooDojo, and WooCommerce and even re-installing the theme. I have tried to use the “install pages” tab under WooCommerce > System Status > Tools but it appears to have done nothing. I don’t even care at this stage if I lose all the data… I’d rather start from scrach and do it right.
