• We recently upgraded WooCommerce to the newer version (2.1.12) and have had endless issues. The most recent is that when our customers click “Place Order”, their order goes through…but a page pops up that says “Your Cart is Empty”. This confuses the customer, and they end up placing the order AGAIN. Needless to say, I have had some really upset customers and it needs to stop.

    I have asked our web developer to check the endpoints, and he says those are correct. What can we do to fix this? My customers need an order confirmation page. They are receiving the email confirmation, but I need a page to appear that shows their order went through.

    Please help…and note I am NOT a programmer, so if there is any easy advice you can provide, that would be great.
