WooCommerce Subtotal

Hi How do I get the Live Subtotal from the Woocommerce Cart sidebar cloned in the header.php file, I want the subtotal ONLY to display on top of my header image (I have done this before with WP-e Commerce) Is there some PHP I could use here because I cannot track this down anywhere thanks. P.S: I am keeping the shopping cart sidebar widget visible on all pages but it won’t be visible the same time as the header, thanks!
