WooCommerce State issue

“If you select Australia as your country, the options for Australian states does not come up unless you press ‘place order’ at the bottom, which would take you to the paypal site, but because you would have a field that is not filled out (the state field, unless you selected a US state) it will take you back the page, at which point you can select the correct Australian state.”
