Woocommerce Shipping Calculation

    I want to control the shipping charged based on the value of the order. Example: Joe orders $5.00 worth of products his shipping cost is $3.99, Sarah orders $30.00 worth of products her shipping cost is $10.00. This seems like it should be an obvious way to calculate shipping am I missing something? How do I set this up?
