• Hi,

Wanted to update the plugins in WordPress and somehow it didnt went through probably because of bad connection. Now, my site doesnt work and says woocommerce is not installed. When i try to install it I get the message that the files/folders already exists.

i HOPE my products from woocommerce is still there since I just created them – can someone tell me what to do – or solve it commercially maybe.

Thanks, looking forward to a helping hand!

  • Hello Jakobseen

Can you provide your site URL.
are you using any backup tool. if so you can restore it.
I would recommend to take the entire backup of the site.
I have recently fixed issue for one of the client where the files in woocommerce is deleted without any clue leaving the folders.
I have fixed it by replacing the woocommerce folder from the backup and resolved the issue.

SO you can take the backup of the site including database and delete the woocommerce plugin and through ftp and upload the new woocommerce directly instead of login to wordpress backend.

    Hope this helps.

You need to post on the WooCommerce forum for help with that plugin:
