Woocommerce on Multisite, Force down loads not working

    I’m using Multisite to serve up my website. The root blog is the main site, which has woocommerce activated on it. Note woocommerce is not Networkactivated.

    Everything seems to be working fine, except I can not enable forced downloads.

    Is this a known issue for multisite and woocommerce, and if so is there a workaround?
