Woocommerce layout help

I have searched all over for a solution to the layout problems i am having. i am running a child theme of virtue using woo commerce. this is my first attempt ever at creating a website and i have got this far by learning from all of you online, thanks so much for your shared knowledge and expertise. this is what i have so far, http://www.africatrademakers.com

i am just stuck on the these few things:

1. on this page i don’t know why the size 10 and size 11 shoes are down there on the page and theres an empty space. the layout is just terrible here. http://www.africatrademakers.com/product-category/afroshoes/slippers-afroshoes/

2. is there any way to just make all the product pictures the same size and line up properly….on all shop pages

3. the font of my shop widgets (the layered navigation) is huge. I don’t know how to make it a bit more proportional i.e. the Shop by Size, Shop by Print font in Shop sidebars

4. The font on the sub menus is so tiny! how can i make the submenu (see the drop down menu under About and Shop)
