Woocommerce For Location Based multiple Restaurant Delivery.

Hi,
I want to use woocommerce to create a food delivery site, where users enter a location and the nearest registered restaurants come up with the option to make order.
Like http://www.easyapetite.com http://www.just-eat.ca/ and http://www.hellofood.com.ng/

How can i achieve this, what plugins will i need and how will i go about it.
