    There should only be one ZIP file that is the original one that you download. That ZIP file can either be uploaded to your site through the Plugins admin area, or you can extract all of the files and use FTP to upload them to the server.

    hello, appreciate your message thank you.

    so if i have a template problem, i can just reinstall the templates from the download via FTP onto my server? i guess that would make sense now!

    You should be able to yes. They are just the same files as in the ZIP file.

    Unless you’ve made changes to the template files, but if that’s the case you should have copied them out to your themes folder as the instructions from Woocommerce say. 🙂

    Thank you, no I haven’t touched anything with WC yet, I’ll get some help with my hosting company bluehost, they have been really great with some extra code stuff that is a bit tricky for me, just need to make sure I get it right.

    I can’t believe there are so many problems with WC installations?
