woo commerce dynamic pricing

I was told by Woo Commerce that dynamic pricing extension could do table rate pricing so I bought the plugin. It looked simple but it doesn’t work for me. Once I pick the dynamic pricing and enter the values there is no add to cart so I can’t even test it. Since I can’t get an answer from Woo Commerce I’m asking this:

I want to sell bulk products.
The pricing-
100 -200 = $7.14
200 – 300 = $6.73
300 – 400 = $6.41
400 –500 = $6.17
500 –700 = $5.99
700 – 1000 = $5.87

I need to know how when a customer enters the quantity it starts at the lowest number for that variation? Such as when the customer picks quantity 100-200 the add to cart starts at 100? Does that make sense? Or maybe there is a better way?
