Woo Commerce Dropdown Menu Options

I am trying to create a product with a drop down menu of different options/choices that have different prices in Woo Commerce. I have followed every online help guide that I can find, but it still will not work. I created a new product category, then the product attributes, and finally when creating the product itself, I selected “variable” and followed the instructions about adding Attributes and Variables within the product’s page. I save it and when I view it I get a drop down gray box, but it will not show any of the drop down options. If someone knows what is going on, please help me out. Thanks!
