Won't upload pdf or jpeg files

    I just updated to the newest version, the header image reverted back to one of your pictures. Then I checked a pdf file that was on there before and that has disappeared as well…so now I am trying to re-upload those pictures and the pdf file and it acts like it is loading it, but there is no image when it’s done, there is a little question mark where the picture or pdf should be??? I have read all I can and am following the directions, but it’s just not working…any thoughts to help?

    ok I can upload the pictures now and when I press Edit the picture is there, but in the thumbnail it is a question mark in a little box and when I add the picture to the post or header, it just shows as a question mark with the title in text.
    This is super frustrating…
