   I have just put all the WordPress files on my site (www.selftitleduk.com/blog) and am following instructions to install.

   I have mySQL hosted at free-mysql.bizhostnet.com and that is how I have in under DB HOST.

   All I get is Error: Website Not Responding.

   Help!

   It's a timeout for me. Have you checked your error logs?
