Here's the setup. 3 people, 2 admin accounts, 1 author account
When I'm logged into my admin account and I try to create a new post WP only lets me select the two other contributors. My name, as listed in my admin profile, isn't even an option. If I delete the author account my name comes back as an option when creating a new post.
What am I doing wrong??

UPDATE: If I use quick press it posts with my name no problem. This author problem only exists when I try to create a new post from the "new post" screen.
I've read the other threads about this problem and their suggestions about nicknames etc. have not worked. :(

I'm having the same problem in two blogs. It's appear after update to 2.8.
