After two days of being away from wordpress I come back and it will not let me log in as myself me being the super admin. My site is back2backgames.com. No plugins have been installed and one of my other user is able to log in to WordPress with no problem he is an admin.

And yes, you do too have plugins installed.
See how that shows a different logo? You've got plugins.
Anyway. Since you mention super-admin, are you using MultiSite?

yas i am and thanks i got it fixed but forgot to change this status anyway how do i let users create there own blogs on multi-site
