   Hello,

   When I log in, I am getting this dashboard ~ http://soxonfenway.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/WP-issue.png

   It is not letting me update pages or upload content either.

   I tried these:

   With no luck. I've also deleted all plugins.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   Looks more like you're missing some files/folders when you upgraded per your image attachment. Reupload WP files/folders via FTP or cpanel.

   So should I reinstall the WP-upgrade?

   It is weird because it was working fine last night woke up to find the page all jazzed up.

   Yeah, download WP - http://wordpress.org/download/, unzip and upload, then run http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php

   That's what I did when I saw the same image you attached in my dashboard a while back - and it worked. Remember to clear cache/cookies after upgrading.
