Useful plugin, however:
- No ability to require completion of form fields results in the information in the table view of a dataset being out of order.
- No ability to add a heading to sections of forms
- Can't enter a date prior to 1970 in date field
- Must be a logged in user with editing privileges to complete form. A "Subscriber" level user receives an error message and the form fails.
